10 questions you should ask your Breeder

You found a cute little puppy on the internet, here are 10 questions you should ask the seller. There is not just 1 correct answer, and the answer could be NO to some. But you should feel comfortable with the answers, if red lights start flashing in back of your head, ask more or abort. Be diligent.

1. Do you belong to a breed Club

2. Are the parents certified

3. How are the parents temperaments

4. How many litter did the mom have

5. Does father or mother have any pre-existing health conditions

6. Can I meet the parents and litter

7. Have any puppies in the litter been sick

8. How many visits have the puppies had

9. How long have you been breeding

10. What requirements do you look for in people picking up your puppies

1. Do you belong to a breed Club - no. We are registered with the Kennel Club UK, but are not member of a Club.

2. Are the parents certified - yes. They are both registered with the Kennel Club UK.

3. How are the parents temperaments. They like to play, as much as they like to cuddle with their owner and guests.

4. How many litter did the mom have. End of 2021 will be the first litter for Ayla.

5. Does father or mother have any pre-existing health conditions - none. Both have regular health checks and vaccinations.

6. Can I meet the parents and litter - of course.

7. Have any puppies in the litter been sick - litter expected end 2021.

8. How many visits have the puppies had - litter expected end 2021.

9. How long have you been breeding - we just started and are not doing it for profit, but as a hobby.

10. What requirements do you look for in people picking up your puppies - to be gentle and loving, and understand the needs of their new dog. A puppy is not for Xmas, it's for life.
